Richard Anderson Land Surveying provides professional land surveying services on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities regional area. Richard Anderson is an Illinois-accredited land surveyor with more than forty years of experience in the surveying field, serving homeowners, farms, and commercial projects with accurate work and straightforward communication.

Over the course of his career, Richard has served as a survey crew chief, supervisor, and owner while working with multiple survey organizations. That background means you’re working with someone who understands both the technical details and the real-world decisions that depend on a correct survey—property boundaries, improvements, access, and development planning.
